Anvil PCs - Limited Gaming Desktop Warranty Revision 1

I. Introduction

Anvil PCs offers this Limited Warranty for its gaming desktop computers purchased from Anvil PCs. This Warranty is designed to provide you with peace of mind regarding the quality and performance of your Anvil PCs gaming desktop. This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product and is not transferable.

II. Initial inspection

The customer will have a period of 48 hours to inspect and report any and all defects present at time of customer receipt.

III. Coverage

This Warranty offers coverage for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. Any claims made after the expiration of the Warranty will not be entertained.

Used or recertified desktops are sold as is and do not include a warranty unless otherwise stated.

Customer is expected to properly package pc in the event of a return or exchange to prevent damage during shipping.

IV. What is Covered by the Warranty

This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of the Product. It includes, but is not limited to, the following components:

Motherboard

CPU (Central Processing Unit)

GPU (Graphics Processing Unit)

RAM (Random Access Memory)

Storage Drives (e.g., SSD, HDD)

Power Supply

Case

Cooling System

V. What is Not Covered

Accidental Damage: This includes things like spills, drops, physical impacts, or any damage caused by the user or an external event.

Misuse or Abuse: Using the PC for purposes it wasn't designed for, improper handling, or neglecting maintenance would void the warranty. Anvil PCs reserves the right to void the warranty of a gaming desktop used in any kind of crypto mining.

Unauthorized Modifications: Opening the PC case and altering components, overclocking, or attempting unauthorized repairs would not be covered.

Damage from Environmental Factors: Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, power surges, or natural disasters would not be included.

Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or other superficial damage that doesn't affect the PC's functionality is generally excluded.

Software Issues: Problems related to operating systems, software compatibility, or malware are not covered under hardware warranties.

Data Loss: Anvil PCs is not liable for data loss that might occur due to a hardware failure.

Third-Party Components or Software: If the user installs components or software not provided by Anvil PCs and it causes a problem, the warranty will not cover it.

Failure to Follow Instructions: If the user doesn't follow the setup or usage/cleaning instructions provided by Anvil PCs, any resulting issues will not be covered by the Warranty.

Return shipping and handling fees will not be covered unless otherwise specified.

Anvil PCs reserves the right to void the warranty at our discretion.
